Put your accounting skills to work with Xylem, Inc., a global leader in water technology and infrastructure solutions. We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk II / Accounting Support Specialist to support daily bookkeeping and billing operations for Xylem's North American finance teams.

? What's a typical day as an Accounting Clerk II? You will:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting support activities to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Post financial transactions related to goods, services, and shipments.

  • Prepare and process itemized invoices and billing statements.

  • Track accounts receivable and follow up on amounts due.

  • Verify billing accuracy and research or resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation in accordance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with internal accounting and finance teams to support timely reporting and close activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

  • A degree in Accounting (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with accounting systems and core financial principles.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
