Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Job Summary:

Under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Accounting Team and various departments. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Neenah, WI
- Pay Rate: $19/hr
- Shift: 1ST shift (flexible)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform AP/AR data entry and assist in the collections process.
- Support the commercial collections process and assist Accounting Coordinators with Home Center Customer collections.
- Organize and maintain customer credits and manage filing systems, including year-end file changes.
- Maintain electronic and paper records for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Assist with small projects and monthly cycle count observations as time permits.
- Set up, maintain, retrieve, and purge files according to established records retention regulations.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn EDI and Microsoft Business Central (inventory management software).
- Experience operating various office equipment (calculator, fax machine, photocopier, telephone, and computer).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
