ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST Looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist for favorite client in Frederick MD
This position is responsible for: Managing & processing all accounts receivable entries including processing daily customer invoices which are submitted for customers via email, mail or specialized supplier websites, daily bank deposit runs, process and post all cash receipts for checks received, ACH or credit card payments. This energetic, detailed oriented and self-directed individual must be a team player with the ability to prioritize duties with the ability to be able to multitask and meet all required deadlines. Requires professionally interacting with all staffers, vendors and customers to ensure that they are being serviced. The twist that makes this position exciting and interesting the volume is not that high that this person backs up HR and Accounts Payable. Will also assist in payroll processing, commissions, human resource related duties plus employee benefits & 401(k) administration. HR duties will include - benefits administration and some payroll duties. Requirements:
- Accounting or Business Administration Degree with preferred 2 years of hands-on A/R experience or High School Diploma with 3-5 years of hands-on A/R experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
- Must be detail oriented with excellent & proven accounting skills.
- Be organized with strong verbal & written communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on excel schedules.
- Proficient in specialized accounting packages.
- Knowledge of MS Business Central experience helpful.
- Goal oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
