This is an ONSITE role - Remote work is not available. 

What's a typical day as a Call Center Representative?
You'll be:

• Making outbound/receiving inbound calls on accounts that are up to 30 days past due.
• Identifying root cause of customer delinquency and generating effective resolutions with negotiation skills and educating the customer
• Assisting customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available
• Processing payments and payoffs
• Adhering to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
• Effectively contributing to Customer Satisfaction

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are flexible to work a schedule 8am – 8pm 
  • Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm ** OR ** 11am - 8pm, schedule varies depending on call volume.
  • Saturday 8am - noon, 2-3 times per month
• Have experience in customer service, call center, or soft/relationship collections.
• Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have experience in auto-dialer collections (preferred)
