3rd Shift Production Operator – Food Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)
Macedon, NY 

Looking for a hands-on role where you can grow your skills and be part of a collaborative team? Our food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY is hiring 3rd Shift Production operator. This is a temp-to-hire position, giving you the opportunity to join full-time with benefits after completing the temporary period.

Shift & Pay:

• 3rd Shift: Tue–Sat | 12 AM–8:30 AM | $21.50/hr

What You'll Do:

• Help operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Assist with quality checks to ensure products are packaged correctly
• Support line changeovers and keep materials ready
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with teammates and communicate any production concerns

What We're Looking For:

• Must be able to pass screening requirements
• 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience preferred, but entry-level applicants are welcome
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate in English
