Available Shifts & Pay:

2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM | $22/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Document Scanners to join our team in Anaheim. This role focuses on accurately scanning, organizing, and maintaining large volumes of documents while ensuring confidentiality and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate high-volume scanning equipment to digitize documents
- Review scanned images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
- Organize, label, and maintain digital files according to guidelines
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Maintain focus while seated and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day)

Requirements

- Previous experience in document scanning, records management, or office production preferred
- Basic computer skills and comfort using scanning software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Must successfully complete an interview, background check, and I-9 verification
