Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $90,000–$100,000+ annually (based on experience)

Kelly Services is seeking a Fabrication Manager to oversee the production of fabricated insulation products. This role involves supervising a team of 15+ employees, ensuring quality output, and optimizing manufacturing processes for efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise fabrication team members
  • Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
  • Assign tasks and manage production schedules
  • Ensure safe equipment usage and schedule maintenance
  • Verify production output meets specifications
  • Report on performance and suggest process improvements
  • Train new employees on machinery and safety procedures
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and financial control
  • Enforce safety and company standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or construction management
  • Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High school diploma required; advanced education preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
