Our Social Media and Community Management Specialist is accountable for: 

• Creating and managing social media content, calendars, and copy to attract educators and schools
• Building and engaging online communities, responding to comments, and growing brand visibility
• Promoting job openings and campaigns, producing visual content, and highlighting urgent staffing needs
• Sharing industry insights, teaching resources, and seasonal campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
• Monitoring metrics, analyzing results, and collaborating with teams to optimize social media performance

Essential skills, knowledge, & experience:  

• 2 years minimum of marketing experience
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and tools—with a strong desire to learn and grow. 
• Excellent communication skills—listening, writing, editing, verbal–with the ability to distill complex ideas into meaningful action. 
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle a deadline-driven atmosphere. 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills. 
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. 

Base pay range for this position is $25 – $35 per hour.  Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
