The Healthcare Program Manager is responsible for overseeing client programs within our Healthcare Staffing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, enabling them to effectively collaborate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and client leadership. This role ensures program success by aligning recruiting resources, managing client expectations, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering high-quality service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure proper alignment of resources, priorities, and client support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for client leadership, developing a deep understanding of client objectives and priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage provider, candidate, and proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities through daily communication and by facilitating biweekly and quarterly strategic meetings
  • Partner with secondary supplier onboarding teams and healthcare providers to monitor onboarding progress and resolve delays or inquiries
  • Lead weekly client check-in meetings and internal healthcare practice reviews to provide status updates, escalate issues, and resolve concerns
  • Monitor staffing portals and client communications for new temporary or permanent opportunities
  • Evaluate bid/no-bid decisions and coordinate timely, competitive responses to opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, program management, account management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and client leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, vendors, or managed service programs (MSPs) is a plus
