Our Corporate HR Business Partner for Kelly Enterprise Talent Management (ETM) is accountable for:

 

  • Serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organization design, performance, change management, and leadership development
  • Designing and delivering future-focused people strategies aligned with business objectives—ensuring effective communication, execution, and impact
  • Leading key people initiatives in partnership with the People CoEs, including talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, compensation, and employee relations
  • Driving succession planning and leadership development to build a sustainable, high-performance workforce
  • Leveraging people analytics and market insights to power strategic decisions and enhance organizational outcomes
       

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

 

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a matrixed or service-driven business 
  • Deep knowledge of workforce strategy, performance management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Proven success in influencing senior leaders, aligning people strategy to business goals, and navigating transformation
  • Strong emotional intelligence with an inclusive, collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to use data and people analytics to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with M&A and large-scale organizational change is highly desirable
