Kelly's Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Client strategy inclusive of client relationships, service delivery and growth of the accounts tied to specific growth targets.  
  • Own the overall growth, including responsibility for the P&L, GP and contribution along with program optimization.   Account Managers take the SME in their Business Unit/Domain specific offering and will be utilized as a resource to win new business.
  • Manage the client relationship of Kelly clients; collaborate with account management teams in other business units
  • Expand usage of core business and new business lines throughout the customers' various locations and subsidiaries by identifying Kelly opportunities and developing support strategies
  • Establish clients' SOWs and manage accordingly (including change requests), where applicable
  • Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

  • 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Strong problem solver, analytical thinker and decision maker 
  • Strong financial knowledge with the ability to understand influences on profitability 
  • Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPointAnalyze
  • Monthly financial statements and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Proven ability to effectively influence both internally and externally
  • Ability to balance client demands with internal capabilities/profitability
