We believe that building strong teams starts with sourcers who move fast, think strategically, and deeply understand the technical landscape. We're looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Technical Sourcer to help identify and engage top talent for critical engineering roles. 

This is a fully remote role, open to U.S.-based candidates only. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source and engage top engineering talent across front-end, back-end, and data engineering roles using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities.
  • Build strong, diverse candidate pipelines to support current and future technical hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in the ATS and ensure a seamless handoff to recruiters for next steps.

What We're Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing experience with a focus on engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, frameworks, and market trends.
  • Proven track record of engaging and converting passive technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, GitHub, and specialized tech networks.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Highly organized and comfortable working remotely, managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
