We're currently partnering with a global, mission-driven client and are looking for an experienced, people-focused Senior Recruiter to support high-impact hiring initiatives across multiple business lines. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in São Paulo, Brazil. 

What You'll Do 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across multiple operating companies within a global organization
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and deliver aligned, timely results
  • Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates using data and market intelligence
  • Manage interviews, selection processes, and candidate experiences with a people-first mindset
  • Leverage ATS tools and reporting to maintain accurate hiring data and continuously improve recruiting performance

What We're Looking For 

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both corporate and technical functions
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, drive process, and deliver quality talent in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; data-minded and results-oriented
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required
  • Must be based in São Paulo and able to work on-site at the client office

Work Environment 

  • Location: On-site in São Paulo, Brazil
  • RPO model working in partnership with a global talent solutions team
  • Laptop and all necessary tools will be provided
