About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you'll drive business development and sales of specialty solutions, expanding Kelly's reach with new and existing clients. You're not just a salesperson, you're a strategic consultant with deep expertise in the Life Sciences & Tech industry, bringing disruptive insights that challenge conventional thinking and help clients optimize their talent strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a consultative specialty sales strategy, positioning Kelly as a strategic partner.
  • Drive sales growth by increasing new opportunities in the pipeline and effectively moving them through the funnel to closure.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Create targeted sales plans to differentiate Kelly from competitors and acquire new business.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities to grow market share and deepen client relationships.
  • Engage senior-level decision makers and influence key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Leverage industry insights to educate clients and introduce innovative solutions tailored to their workforce needs.
  • Collaborate internally with operations, product teams, and support functions to deliver comprehensive talent solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network within the industry and stay informed on competitor strategies.
  • Work closely with pricing and finance to build profitable solutions that align with client goals.
  • Manage and report pipeline activity through tracking tools, ensuring transparency with leadership.

  • Successful execution of prospecting strategies.
  • Maintaining a pipeline that supports or exceeds sales targets.
  • Achieving productivity benchmarks aligned with tenure and market potential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success in consultative sales within a professional services or Life Sciences & Tech industry environment. 
  • 5-7+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong specialty sales expertise with a track record of high-impact client engagement.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for influencing executive-level stakeholders.
