** Virtual role- must be based on the East Coast **
Our Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:
- Performing consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent
- Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
- Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate as appropriate.
- Work closely with Operations Director to manage day-to-day with TSCC team.
- Represent Kelly on local and global projects (e.g., Supplier Summits, Client Facing Projects, Team/Supplier/Hiring Manager Trainings, MRAs, etc.)
- Lead team meetings
- Ensure all program SLAs (service level agreement) are met
Essential Skills:
- 3-5 years recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management experience or staffing experience.
- A strong understanding of vendor management tools. (Fieldglass preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers.
- Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.
- Strong presentation skills - both preparing decks and presenting internally, identifying trends/data story and present solutions/process improvements
- Technology savvy, Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Position is Virtual- must be located on the East Coast and open to travel as needed.
Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
