Kelly's Cloud Security Engineer will take ownership of our cloud security initiatives and elevate them to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our cloud security strategy and ensure it aligns with our expanding infrastructure.  

• Secure Cloud Design: Architect and implement security controls for cloud applications and infrastructure, emphasizing Azure while supporting AWS. 
• Tool Expertise: Leverage cloud security tools like CSPM platforms (e.g., Azure Security Center, AWS Security Hub) to maintain a robust security posture. 
• Policy Leadership: Develop and enforce cloud security policies that comply with SOX, HIPAA, and CMMC frameworks. 
• Threat Management: Implement tools like Azure Sentinel or AWS GuardDuty, responding quickly to incidents. 
• DevOps Integration: Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) processes for secure, efficient deployments. 
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct security audits and assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. 

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences: 

• Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of Azure security tools (e.g., Azure Policy, Sentinel) and practical experience with AWS security features (e.g., GuardDuty). 
• Multi-Cloud Ability: Comfort navigating Azure and AWS, with Azure as the primary focus. 
• CSPM Experience: Proficiency with Cloud Security Posture Management tools to ensure compliance and security. 
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with SOX,  ISO 27001, and NIST regulations. 
• DevSecOps Skills: Experience integrating security into DevOps workflows; scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) are a plus. 
• Incident Response: Track record of managing and resolving cloud security incidents. 
• Experience: 3+ years in cloud security or a similar role, preferably with leadership in security initiatives. 
• Certifications: Azure Security Engineer, AWS Certified Security, or CCSP certifications are a bonus, but hands-on expertise is key.
