Our Identity Management Coordinator is accountable for:
- Facilitating all identity management activities for the client's workforce, outside of the contingent workforce managed by the MSP
- Onboarding and offboarding contractors via the client's vendor management system
- Maintaining contractor worker profiles, including managing extensions, costing details, and manager changes
- Responding to data inquiries and assisting with any other client requests as needed
- Consistently requesting follow up on worker assignment renewals
- Ensuring administration is completed in a timely fashion
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills including verbal, written, and listening
- Ability to problem solve and work in team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Initiative, self-motivation, and time management skills
- Strong PC and internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other internet based web tools
