Our Recruiting and Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing key support in onboarding new candidates, performing reporting functions, and collaborating with the Recruiting Team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree is required (scientific/public health background preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in recruiting or operations.
  • Excellent computer & database skills, including proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Bullhorn Novo is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate above-average skills and knowledge related to the role.
