Our Sr. Director of IT - Infrastructure Services is accountable for the following:

  • Strategic Thinking: You consistently think strategically about the long-term future of the organization's infrastructure and end-user experience.
  • Influence Decisions: Influence strategic, design, or process decisions to create greater simplicity, coherence, and improved end-user experience.
  • Project Leadership: Propose and lead large-scale IT projects requiring collaboration across multiple teams, ensuring responsibilities are divided clearly, and all parts of the ecosystem integrate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Business & Customer Impact: Deliver significant business and customer impact by enhancing and improving the end-user experience, setting a high standard in performance, optimization, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Standards: Produce documentation, policies, and technical artifacts to establish standards for operating across the organization and guide other teams in maintaining high-quality systems and processes.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience within IT Operations, with at least 5 years as a Director.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Science, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including supervision, coaching, motivation, and achieving results through others.
  • Experience in project planning, implementation, and management.
  • Experience supporting multi-OS platforms (Windows, MAC, Mobile) and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
  • Deep understanding of network design, data centers, servers, storage, virtualization, and database systems.
  • Expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and proficiency in cloud platforms and services, including provisioning, cost management, and optimization.
  • Understanding of security best practices (e.g., encryption, access controls, firewalls) and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
  •  Relevant technical and process certifications (e.g., ITIL, HDI).


This virtual role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs and be able to travel up to 10%.
