Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- A current license as a Mental Health Professional in MA (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT with CANS Certification)

What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical support, mentoring, supervision, guidance, additional resources and/or assistance to clinicians in assigned territory/contract.
- Serve as a clinical resource, with a continued focus on providing ethical and quality services.
- Oversee the implementation of developed protocols, services, and practices at all SSG district contract sites.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clinicians in districts regarding questions on assessment, intervention, documentation, reports, IEPS/504s, etc.
- Directly oversees the clinical work of the Associate level MHPs in assigned territory/contract, approving assessments, treatment planning, and cosigning notes as necessary and appropriate.
- Participates as an active member of the Triad (AE, Recruiter, and RD/CM)
- Ensures that service providers are supported as well as comprehend and carry out district policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation of developed protocols, services, and practices at all SSG contract sites. Carry an active caseload of clients producing 20 hours of reimbursable/billable services, weekly throughout the contract period.
- Conducts clinical interviews (CIs) with potential clinicians, as needed or requested.
- Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings, as needed.
- Participate in Company (SSG), MassHealth, in-service trainings as identified.Represents SSG at job fairs, conferences, and workshops, as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Facilitates communication and management of projects between clinicians on site, district staff, local AEs, and MH leadership.
- Will mentor, train, or support staff that are placed in districts in both virtual and on site capacities.
- Will be responsible for managing and overseeing the documentation of staff delivering services in the EHR. Will review notes, treatment plans, assessments, and documented delivered service hours, cosigning for all associate level staff at the assigned territory/contract.
- Complete assigned projects, as directed by the Mental Health Client Services Director and Clinical Director.
- Managing and providing needed documents for each district contract, under the supervision of the Mental Health Leadership
- Travel, as needed and assigned, to conferences or onsite visits.
- Working with Associate Level clinicians to correct audit findings, as outlined by the internal audits lead by the State Clinical Director
- Manage and maintain obtaining all required CEUs as mandated by the State Licensure Board and DHCS, and/or other state guidance.
