Data Integrity Analyst, Operations
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Integrity Analyst to join our Operations team, supporting the success of our production team and back-office team.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, validating, and improving the quality of operational, client, and workforce data to support decision-making and compliance. You will collaborate with operations, recruitment, and finance to identify discrepancies, resolve data issues, and implement best practices in data governance.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
* Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources including CRM, ATS, HRIS, and financial systems.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting tools for operational KPIs through Power BI.
* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets for staffing levels, fill rates, and client satisfaction.
Operational Analysis
* Analyze trends in school staffing demand, workforce availability, and seasonal fluctuations.
* Identify bottlenecks in candidate placement and recommend solutions to improve speed-to-fill.
* Conduct variance analysis on projected vs. actual staffing fulfillment.
* Track operational costs and resource utilization to support budgetary decisions.

Strategic Insights
* Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize territory assignments, recruiter performance, and service coverage.
* Support workforce planning by forecasting staffing needs based on historical and predictive analytics.
* Collaborate with leadership to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with recruitment, HR, and finance teams to align operational data with company-wide objectives.
* Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure accurate and consistent data pipelines.
* Assist client service managers with custom data requests and client-facing reporting.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within staffing, education services, or operations.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings in a clear, business-friendly manner.
* Familiarity with KPIs relevant to staffing and school operations (fill rate, time-to-fill, retention, etc.).
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
