Client Services Manager (AE)- West Therapy Services - must have the flexibility to work on the Pacific Time Zone

 As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts, creating new business, and increasing the company's market share.
In this position you will:  * Identify growth opportunities in your assigned market among prospective and active client accounts (school districts)  * Develop and implement business development strategies.  * Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients for the purpose of achieving placement targets and acquiring additional business opportunity. * Outbound prospect calls to build pipeline, drive sales, and generate job order opportunities including candidate marketing.  * Intake of inbound sales calls to identify school districts' needs.  * Manage larger existing accounts and help us write RFPs for new accounts. Also work on strategic accounts that are programmatic in nature.  * Present candidates, proposals, negotiate bill rates, and finalize client contract documents.  * Collaborate and support the competitive bid process for assigned client accounts as needed.  * Deliver an excellent client experience by taking the time to understand each client's needs and preferences. Clear and consistent communication to establish expectations.  * Embrace personal responsibility and accountability among a strongly collaborative environment.  * Meet and exceed assigned activity, placement, and margin goals. 
Qualifications:  * Fearless and enthusiastic attitude and a supportive collaborator  * Must have confidence in making outbound prospecting calls.  * Ability to overcome objectives; strong negotiation and closing skills.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Exceptional presentation skills.  * Strategic thinking & problem solving; ability to achieve results.  * Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with demonstrated ability to meet project timelines.  * Strong relationship management and work ethic, including leading by example.  * Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's rapid growth.  * Excellent work ethic and cheerful outlook with the desire to make a difference daily.  * Bachelor's degree (preferred)
