We have an immediate opportunity for High-Volume Interviewer/Recruiter (Seasonal, Remote) to join our in-house tax recruiting team.
Location: Remote (U.S. Based Only)
Hourly Rate: Starting $25/hr. on W2
Duration: Now through January 2026
Are you a people person with a knack for identifying top talent? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the rhythm of high-volume recruiting? We're looking for a High-Volume Interviewer/Recruiter to join our seasonal team and help us find the best and brightest!
What You'll Do:
- Review and screen large volumes of resumes with speed and accuracy.
- Conduct structured video interviews with applicants.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience screening resumes and interviewing applicants—or similar relevant experience.
- Superior customer service and communication skills.
- A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone.
- Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.

- An excellent judge of character and highly personable.
- Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
- Detail-oriented and don't mind repetitive tasks.
