Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Gainsight Administrator to add to our team, with a primary focus on the digital customer journey including onboarding, renewal management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in creating and managing rules, working with the MDA, developing Journey Orchestrator programs, and building comprehensive reports to drive actionable insights for our Customer Success and Support teams.

As a Gainsight Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer success strategy, improving workflows, and ensuring the effective use of Gainsight across teams. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the platform supports business objectives and enhances customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rules Creation & Management: Design, build, and maintain rules in Gainsight to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. Ensure rules are optimized and scalable as the business grows.
  • MDA Management: Familiarity with adding objects to the MDA as well as modifying fields and referencing other objects from within a record. Ensure accurate data and integrate with other systems as needed.
  • Journey Orchestrator: Develop and maintain Journey Orchestrator programs to automate customer touchpoints and create personalized customer journeys. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these programs to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for different teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Use data to track key metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • User Support & Training: Provide support to internal users, troubleshooting issues and offering training on Gainsight features. Maintain user permissions and ensure that the platform is being utilized effectively across teams.
  • System Optimization: Continuously assess and improve Gainsight configurations to meet evolving business needs. Stay up to date with the latest Gainsight features and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure Gainsight is meeting their needs and supporting company-wide goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Gainsight.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining automated rules, reports, and programs within Gainsight.
  • Proven ability to manage and manipulate data in the MDA.
  • Experience building and optimizing customer journey programs using Journey Orchestrator.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to design, build, and interpret complex reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Customer Success and/or CRM best practices is a plus.
  • Gainsight Level 3 Administrator Certification preferred
