Your impact

You will play a vital role in executing on pricing strategy and marketing initiatives through pricing, promo code and ad operations. You will focus on completing requests in an accurate, timely and well-planned fashion. This role is located in Chicago, IL featuring a hybrid work environment (three days a week in the office, two days a week remotely)

What you will do 

  • Utilize enterprise configuration management platforms to configure and deploy new products, programs, and changes across the following areas:
    • Internet pass products (configuration, pricing, and merchandising / UI display)
    • Promotional codes (generation, maintenance, and reporting)
    • Advertising campaign management (end-to-end packaging, targeting, validation, deployment, and monitoring)
    • Passenger portal UI changes
  • Validate changes post launch through various means such as usability testing and sales tracking
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to validate and analyze pricing and product changes
  • Track and monitor performance of advertisements, promotions, and products
  • Ensure appropriate controls, reporting, and auditable business processes are in place, especially in the areas of pricing and promotional operations
  • Ensure changes are properly implemented and/or coordinated across all related back-office systems (e.g. billing)

 

 Your required experience/skills 

  • 4-year college degree
  • At least 2 years' experience working in relevant field such as pricing / revenue management, accounting, digital advertising operations, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with well-known, relevant software for pricing, e-commerce, web UI configuration management, and advertising operations
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially analytics and database tools such as Excel and MS Access
  • Ability to write SQL queries or experience in data mining

  • Deliver with quality in a fast-paced environment with frequent updates to requirements or business context 
  • Develop a keen knowledge of the market and industry including competitors, trends in technology, and customer behaviors and expectations.
  • Support achievement of key customer, operational, or project objectives

 

It would be nice if you had: 

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, etc.
  • Demonstrated skillset with performance analysis in support of key commercial, operational, and/or usability KPIs
