**About Us:**
Allen Place is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Cook to join our culinary team and help us deliver outstanding meals to our guests.

**Job Summary:**
The Part-Time Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Assist in meal planning and ingredient selection as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control, including ordering supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Help train new kitchen staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
