Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for a Data Services Coordinator to contribute to our Data Services team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. 

In this role, you will support data entry and management for Data Services, ensuring all processes are updated and maintained so that titles are accurately represented in our products and services. You will maintain and update rights data, along with other metadata and account information as required. Additionally, you will assist with Quality Assurance and data review as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent year for year directly related experience.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, book publishing, book industry, account support, client administration, data management, or related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience doing data research
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, primarily by phone and email
  • Knowledge of book metadata and systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with metadata management communications and maintains timeline for reaching out to data suppliers as needed to manage and maintain accurate data.
  • Updates and maintains the monthly data intake schedule.
  • Assists the Business Development Manager with maintaining key data supplier contact information in Salesforce.
  • Assists customers with ad hoc requests for rights data and other metadata and follows up with data suppliers to procure the necessary information.
  • Provides reporting on rights data supply and meets necessary service levels and key performance indicators for the timely procurement and ingestion of data.
  • Provides training to new users in data systems as required and assists with client integrations as needed.
  • Troubleshoots data issues to ensure required fields have been populated, correcting any issues/errors and escalating when necessary.
  • Serves as first point of contact for Data Services for any troubleshooting and escalates as needed.
