Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG)is hiring for a Consumer Marketing Technology Manager to contribute to our Consumer Marketing team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. 

 

As a critical member of Ingram's Consumer Marketing division, the Consumer Marketing Technology Manager will support the Consumer Marketing business' email and data operations through marketing automation platforms including Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, and where relevant, Interaction Studio. Working within an entrepreneurial team, the Technology Manager will execute digital marketing and personalization campaigns for the Consumer Marketing business to meet business goals for growth and audience engagement.  This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of marketing technology including creating HTML and template-based emails, deploying audiences to activation channels, creating journeys, and analyzing results. The Technology Manager will manage audience segmentation and activation strategies across email, advertising and web channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4 years of experience in marketing operations, data, or systems integrations to include 1 year of experience directly managing email marketing automation
     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and executes deployment of email communications to Ingram's consumer audiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Leads the strategy and creation of marketing automation journeys across Ingram's consumer marketing
  • Partners with brand managers to manage the email marketing calendar and ensure email communications are set up, proofed and completed accurately and on schedule
  • Supports the execution of the data segmentation strategy, ensuring data is recording in relevant systems accurately and segments are built to meet the needs of the consumers and the business
  • Monitors analytics and best practices to create engaging emails that convert, using A/B or multivariate testing when appropriate
  • Monitors sender reputation through email analytics and sender reputation software products to ensure list quality and deliverability
  • Acts as subject matter expert, advising the team and key stakeholders on best practices; guides the team to leverage its marketing technology stack to streamline automations and deliver results.
