Position Overview: The Manager of Business Process Analysis leads a team of business analysts in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements to design effective solutions that align with the organization's objectives. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that technology solutions are tailored to meet the organization's needs and drive business success. Work Location: Scranton, PA (hybrid work schedule each week) Travel Specifics: Up to 20% travel based on needs of the business Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: * Oversee a team of business analysts, setting goals, mentoring, and ensuring effective performance * Allocate resources effectively and monitor deliverables to meet client and organizational needs Stakeholder Collaboration: * Act as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business objectives * Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to design functional and technical solutions Process and Systems Development: * Develop and document business process models, functional and technical requirements, and training materials * Oversee system testing and ensure applications meet the documented requirements Project Oversight: * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress, adjusting as necessary * Facilitate communication between all involved parties to ensure smooth execution Technical and Data Analysis: * Work with tools like Tier 1 WMS (e.g., Manhattan WMS) to optimize business processes * Analyze data for actionable insights to inform business and technology decisions Why Join Us? * Innovative Environment: Work in a forward-thinking company that values creativity and continuous improvement * Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing organization * Inclusive Culture: Be part of a diverse team that values respect, collaboration, and inclusivity * Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package range of $100,00-$120,000 (based on individual experience) plus a yearly bonus opportunity with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more #LI-BT1 #LI-HYBRID Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in science, quality or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis * Proven leadership capabilities, including experience in delegation, goal setting, and team training * Familiarity with relevant IT systems and tools, particularly Manhattan WMS or other Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems (BluJay, InfoLog, etc. is required) * Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights to inform decision-making * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on objectives Preferred Qualifications: * Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure conditions and tight deadlines * Supply Chain, Wholesale Distribution, 3PL, or Logistics industry experience is strongly preferred Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
