Description

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for documentation, tracking, and reporting of Company and Quality Training for site associates. Assists Operations Manager, Safety & Quality with SOP Reviews, Quality Standards Communications, and ensuring site compliance with QAKE expectations. Technical resource on QA systems, including the Quality Key Elements and provides feedback and coaching to ID Logistics associates on execution of these systems. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Ensures QAKE Audit preparedness • Prepares weekly training for distribution (safety, quality, processes) • Updates and maintains training matrix for all associates • Responsible for maintaining all Records and Written Procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Monthly Quality Training, Etc.) • Ensures that SOP’s and CBA’s are up-to-date and reviewed as required • Ensures that current systems meet the requirements as outlined in the Quality Key Elements • Ensures all appropriate documentation and communication for compliance with Quality Requirements • Reviews the site’s Quality results with appropriate ID Logistics Leadership • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned Pay: $23.00 Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applications. • Must attend 4-day QAKE training provided by P&G, and maintain QAKE Certification. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from associates, managers, regulatory agencies, and the general public. • Ability to speak effectively with individuals at all levels within and external to the company and the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
