Position Summary


The Supervisor (or Production Supervisor) oversees day-to-day team or departmental operations, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed efficiently while supporting staff, monitoring performance, and reporting to senior management. This role is pivotal in improving processes, coaching employees, resolving issues, and acting as a communication bridge between frontline staff and upper leadership.


 


Location: Aurora, Colorado


 


Work Schedule: Days 6:00am - 4:30pm


 


Competitive Compensation:   Attractive annual salary minimum $70,000 to 75,000 plus a bonus opportunity.  Along with base salary, our total rewards include comprehensive benefits; medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities: 



  • Follows established operational procedures for activities such as handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.

  • Primarily responsible for ensuring training is completed (OSHA equipment, compliance, etc.) and records are maintained for a variety of needs including OSHA, customer, and other audits.

  • Manages key operational requirements within the budget and according to customers’ requirements.

  • Meets and exceeds customer satisfaction through strong understanding of customer expectations.

  • Addresses and helps resolve customer complaints both verbally and written directly and indirectly.

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.

  • Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.

  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

  • Receive complaints and resolve problems.

  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records by inputting payroll data (hours, comments) for hourly direct reports daily and approving weekly.

  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.

  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations.

  • Able to handle accident handling (injury management, witness statements, reporting, and investigation).

  • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.

  • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate


 



Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of supervisory or similar experience.
  • Experience in a high-volume atmosphere

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with 5S, continuous improvement, WMS, and MS Office.
