The Copack CSR -Administrative Assistant provides superior administrative support to divisional leaders. This position provides incredible organization for ever-changing business calendars and complex schedules. This position strives on new challenges and the ability to create an efficient, effective and productive work environment. Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Requirements: • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as other web-based programs and video conferencing • Must be able to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to align with the business needs • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities while working under little supervision • Must be an exemplary representative of the company at all times • Professional demeanor and sound decision-making in order to communicate on an executive level and maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Collaborative team player with proactive approach; ability to take initiative • Flawless skills managing travel and expenses for executive leadership • Effective interpersonal and listening skills, telephone etiquette, superior oral and written communication skills, proofreading skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: • Serve as all-around assistant and support to the executive leadership team • Manage all types of daily communications to ensure professional, accurate and timely response and appropriate prioritization; direct information to the correct point of contact and correspond internally and externally • Additional research & special projects as needed • Coordinate meetings • Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. • Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. • Other duties as assigned.
