HouseSmart Construction – Zone Construction Expert
As a Zone Expert, you will serve as a key operational and training leader, responsible for enhancing field performance and technical expertise across multiple sites. You will focus on the daily development of CDL Drivers, Crew Chiefs, Location Managers, and Installers through on-site training and real-time problem-solving. Your role will bridge field operations and leadership by delivering hands-on coaching.
What You'll Be Doing:
A typical day includes reviewing training plans, delivering in-field instruction, addressing site issues, and documenting progress and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Daily:
Review and align with the day's training agenda.
Deliver on-site training sessions to field staff and leadership.
Document training activities and solutioning notes.
Consult on challenging site or transportation issues remotely.
Adjust training schedules as needed based on live field demands.
Weekly/Monthly:
Meet with Zone and Area Managers to prioritize training needs.
Submit weekly training summaries and collaborate on upcoming schedules.
Provide detailed feedback on individual and team performance.
Create and submit structured reports capturing field challenges, solutions, and development opportunities.

Full-time, Monday through Friday
