Description
Delivers safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in alignment with the hospital#s mission, policies, and procedures. Care is provided to a diverse patient population across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Key responsibilities include facilitating efficient, safe, and smooth patient transitions throughout hospitalization; fostering positive communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams; and maintaining clinical competencies through continuous learning and improvement. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Current CPR certification ACLS certification required (or must be obtained within one year of hire) Two years of experience in perioperative or emergency nursing preferred.
