# The Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the comprehensive assessment, planning, and delivery of care to patients with complex, acute, and life-threatening conditions. This role involves managing advanced therapies, administering medications and treatments, and providing continuous monitoring using cardiac, hemodynamic, and pulse oximetry equipment. The Critical Care RN collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Requirements: Current ACLS certification; additional critical care certifications preferred. Ability to respond to emergencies and provide care in high-pressure situations. Previous critical care or intensive care experience strongly preferred. Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current CPR certification.
