Description

HOK, one of the world's leading Master Planning, Architectural and Interior Design practices, is currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic and creative team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality
• Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts
• Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions
• Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories
• Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details, and schedules under the direction of design leader

• Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus
• Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&A
• LEED accreditation an advantage
• Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
• Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a bonus) or 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience
• 5 to 8 years of design experience required
