So, what will you be doing all day? You would join us as Plumbing Designer/Engineer working on things like...
- Technical design and quality control on Venue projects.
- Assisting in the production of construction documents (drawing and specifications) for new buildings, renovations and additions to existing facilities.
- Adhering to project schedule and budget.
- Reviewing submittals and RFIs; other construction administration responsibilities as needed.
- Providing plumbing design and coordination of overall project design with other disciplines.
- Collaborating with staff on design and practice standards.
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships.

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years of relevant plumbing systems design experience.
- Have knowledge of plumbing codes and experience with plumbing calculations and sizing and selecting equipment.
- Are comfortable managing multiple project deadlines.
- Love the opportunity to wear lots of hats and work together as a team and independently.
- Are proficient in the use of Revit modeling tools (required).
- Possess successful verbal and written communication skills.
- Have the ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.

Los Angeles Salary Range: Min $78,175.00 - $117,262.00
