So, what will you be doing all day? You would join us as a Mechanical Designer working on things like...
- Providing technical mechanical design services on projects specific to our grocery + distribution sector
- Assisting in the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings and for renovations and additions to existing facilities
- Helping to mentor and train other mechanical engineers
- Maintaining project schedules and providing coordination of project designs with other disciplines
- Maintaining positive client relationships
- Coordinate and maintain project deliverables and construction related documents.
- Assist in the management of client service and communication.
We'd love for you to apply for this position if you...
- Have a degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering preferred, other engineering degrees will be considered.
- Are knowledgeable of building mechanical codes and the ability to perform accurate load calculations.
- Have at least 4+ years of previous exposure to mechanical/HVAC design capability in warehouse project design.
- Have cold storage experience (is a plus, not required)
- Are proficient in Revit.
- Have knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Possess successful verbal and written communication skills.
- Are able to travel around 15% nationally.
