Job Summary This position is responsible for leading Enterprise operational processes, business operational readiness and optimization of value-based care programs. Coordinate execution and optimization of process and procedures to ensure operational efficiencies and audit compliance. Partners cross-functionally with other business and technical departments to identify, track, measure and establish/refine operational process of new and existing value-based programs.
Additional responsibilities also include interpret contractual parameters and determine execution approach of Network needs. Determines an operations solution and develops a plan/proposal for delivery of the process. May provide consultation to Enterprise stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues and readiness. May directly produce datasets, reports and Executive dashboards for analysis using system reporting tools. This person may also be responsible for writing business recommendations for new solutions synthesizing complex information and should know how to equate business outcomes with cost benefit analysis and tangible metrics to support solution.

Required Job Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant health care industry experience.
  • 3 years of experience leading with large and complex multimillion-dollar projects.
  •  Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions. 
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations. 
  • Problem resolution experience and skills. 
  • Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
  • Experience interpreting business and financial information.
  • Negotiations skills. 
  • Verbal and written communications skills including establishing working relationships across departments, preparing presentations to senior management, and establishing team environment. 
  • Organizational skills. 
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully. 
  • Detail oriented. 
  • PC proficiency to include MS Office products, specifically Excel.

Preferred Required Job Qualifications:

  • Strong operational process experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations
  • Proven strategic thinking and execution.
  • Ability to drive decisions, create optionality and determine impacts of options.
  • Value Based Care Operations experience.
  • Knowledge of government reporting and analytics.
