Job Summary Job Summary

This New Product Execution Specialist position is responsible for executing and implementing new or enhanced products and solutions that support Luminare Health's efforts to grow and retain clients in new and emerging market segments, including, but not limited to its back-office line of business, including Direct to Employer solutions for hospitals and hospital systems, Indigenous (Tribal) Nations, Individual/Affordable Care Act and Medicare and other populations and benefit plan sponsors. This is a cross-functional role and will lead the implementation and execution of new or enhanced products and solutions that are primarily owned (as compared to primarily vended) by Luminare Health and supported by internal resources within Luminare Health. This role will work closely with key internal and enterprise stakeholders to implement these products or solutions and to ensure a seamless transition of management of these solutions to internal product owners and an effective and working product/solution. In addition, the role will work closely with the product managers and other key stakeholders within the organization to understand how the products and solutions are performing in order to influence decisions on new product or solution development, and enhancements to existing products and solutions. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with cross-functional teams, developing presentations for internal leadership, supporting go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions and promoting our innovative solutions in new ways.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5- 7 years of demonstrated experience in product implementation and/or project execution
  • Ability to lead product implementation projects across cross-functional teams with minimal oversight and drive results.
  • Strong analytic and information synthesis skills
  • Project management skills, including organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
  • Results oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as a high degree of creativity, flexibility, and self-direction.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage projects in a deadline-sensitive environment.
  • Extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Health care insurance experience, TPA or knowledge of benefit plan administration
  • Master's degree in business administration with emphasis in product management or marketing
  • Experience with product lifecycle tools like pragmatic marketing

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.

Min to Max Range:

$64,700.00 - $121,500.00
