Job Summary This position is responsible for driving new sales of group life, disability, vision, and voluntary products for national accounts for assigned area. Responsible for developing an effective working relationship with brokers and/or Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans within the area. Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree and 5 years group life or health insurance sales experience OR 9 years group life or health insurance sales experience.
* Knowledge of marketing principles, group insurance sales strategy, and technical aspects of life, disability, vision, and supplemental medical insurance.
* Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Negotiation and closing sales skills.
* Experience training brokers/agents and experience presenting to C-suite level. 
* Financial acumen and analytics skills. 
* Current life/health insurance agent license. 

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing.
* Experience with sales databases. 

THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME
