This position is responsible for managing the enterprise crisis management team and responsible for continuous improvement and ongoing enhancements of the Crisis Management Program. The Manager of Crisis Management is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of emergency preparedness in support business continuity of operations activities across the enterprise. Including developing and maintaining all necessary plans, training, and exercises. Incumber will work closely with departments across the organization to proactively prepare for and respond to any disaster or disruption of services in an effective and timely manner.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field
- Six years progressively responsible, related experience in corporate security, crisis management, or business continuity
- Two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Ability to effectively interpret and apply organizational policies, procedures, and systems.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and exercise decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem solving and innovation; ability to think calmly and make decisions under pressure and ambiguous situations.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Graduate in related field or MBA degree preferred.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage large scale projects in highly dynamic environments.
Compensation: $88,700.00 - $160,200.00
