This Position Is Responsible For Assisting With And Providing Service To The Federal Employee Plan Members Within The Prescribed Territory; For Promoting Enrollment Growth To Active And Retired Federal Employees In The State Of Operations; Assisting With Projects; And For Serving As Liaison Between The Members, Federal Agencies, And HCSC As The Company Representative, Meet Current And Prospective Members Through Health Fairs, Group Presentations, Educational Seminar, Enrollment Meetings, And State Conventions. Ability to Travel and Reliable Transportation are required: Overnight Stays, As Needed. Territory: Dallas-Fort Worth, including northeast and parts of central Texas.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of college or 2 years experience in servicing insurance accounts.
* 2 years experience in marketing or sales involved in insurance accounts.
* Current, valid General Agent Insurance Agent License or obtain General Agent Insurance License within first 3 months.
* Knowledge of insurance accounts, ratings, marketing/sales/or service techniques.
ABILITY TO TRAVEL & RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION ARE REQURED
Compensation: $53,500.00 - $80,400.00
