This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, and promoting an accurate and consistent representation of information throughout the enterprise; interacting with product, portfolio, and other business leaders to understand their information needs, communicating an enterprise-wide consistency to information, and leading activities which ensure their proper governance; translating usage of data into both enterprise-wide cataloging and taxonomical representations of that information.Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and 5 years of technical data experience, including combinations of: data modeling/analysis, data development, and reporting/analytics delivery OR Technical Certification and 7 years of technical data experience, including combinations of: data modeling/analysis, data development, and reporting/analytics delivery OR 9 years of technical data experience, including combinations of: data modeling/analysis, data development, and reporting/analytics delivery .
- Data modeling and data representation experience; ability to construct E-R diagram, conceptual data model.
- Experience and understanding of JSON, XML, WSDL data structures.
- Ability to engage business leaders from their reference point to understand the manner they use information, and how it aligns to the enterprise.
- Experience with data cataloging and metadata management systems; to centralize access and communication of enterprise information.
- Ability to be a leader in your domain, and lead others.
- Ability to present your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences in an organized manner.
- Business acumen, strategic and analytical thinking, and creative problem solving ability.
- Communication skills and ability to translate usage of data into both enterprise-wide cataloging and taxonomical representations of that information.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Management, Programming, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics OR a related discipline with an advanced degree preferred, or its equivalent.
- Healthcare industry experience, i.e. provider, payer, etc.
- Formalized Data Governance.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $198,600.00
