This position is responsible for driving key Medicaid divisional priorities and associated projects with a focus on financial sustainability, membership growth, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong problem solving and analytical skills to influence senior leadership through data driven insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities would include: - Lead cross-functional workgroups to identify key strategic pain points, process gaps, and opportunities for efficiency - Develop strategic business cases that highlight key program benefits, justifications, and total ROI - Translate data into consumable insights for executive leadership to develop into presentations and board level materialsRequired Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience OR 7 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
Analytical and information synthesis skills
Experience interpreting business and financial information
Verbal and written communication and organization skills
Experience with changing assignments and priorities
PC proficiency to include MS Office products
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Health insurance or healthcare industry experience
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.
