Job Summary Edithis Position Is Responsible For Daily Direction And Management Of Edi Trading Partners And Transactions Through Implementation And Ongoing Production Support. Responsible For Tracking Key Project Milestones Through The Requirement, Testing And Implementation, Based On The Project Schedule And Sdm Basic Methodology. Coordinates The Completion Of The Business Quality Assurance Plans For Technical Execution And Ensure Traceability Of Requirements. Responsible For Working With Business And Technical Leadership To Develop The Necessary Processes And Project Plans For Edi Trading Partners And Transactions To Ensure Compliance And Throughput.

Business Analyst IV – P2A Solutions - Data Governance – Req # 2634

BASIC FUNCTION:
(MARKETING TECHNOLOGY)This position is responsible for working with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting and refining business requirements for Marketing Tech; serving as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide quality technical solutions to meet user needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration with 2 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 4 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office.
* Involvement in at least 2 full lifecycle software projects, understanding how tasks are integrated to produce final deliverables.
* Experience in using requirements management tools, such as IBM, RequisitePro, RequisiteWeb, or DOORS
* Exposure to business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various methodologies / frameworks such as CMMI, RUP, Six Sigma

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with the end to end Marketing systems.
* Experience in healthcare.
* Requirements for Major System Development a. Familiarity with business process design and aid the high-level business process design efforts with assistance of the stakeholders and end users. b. Work with Business Architects and organization change manager to ensure organizational change communication to enable business process implementation.
* Experience in enterprise data governance/data management for business operations in Healthcare Product Plan Designs, Medical and Ancillary
* Data Governance experience evaluating and resolving data inquiries and provide effective recommendations that meet the overall needs of the business while upholding established guidelines, quality, and standards
* Experience identifying operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities
.* Automation skills - selenium, SQL, python or any other scripting knowledge for purposes of performing data validation
* Experience working with data models across different platforms
* Experience leading Data Governance sessions with Vendor and Stakeholders
* Experience with Healthcare Products designs and policy documentation (Certificate Books, Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC))

* Experience in working with SaaS models and knowledge of Payer Platforms (Eg” Pega, Salesforce, etc)

Responsibilities

*Develop clear action plans and schedules to ensure business needs are provided in defined release schedules. Identify project milestones and task in support of test plans in accordance with corporate standard solutions deliver method/Business Systems. *Manage project scope definition and benefits through the portfolio approval process. Oversight of the change management, scope and timelines. Assess changes to scope from an impact perspective and ensure business needs are achieved. Coordinate, schedule changes upon required approval. The Business Release schedule provides key milestones that must be met. *Manage Risk, Issues, Changes and Defects: Enforce and provide oversight of defined release/demand management controls including best practices. Provide direction and oversight of quality assessment and product readiness. Mitigate project issues and risk that may hinder on-time delivery through appropriate escalation processes. *Lead: Provide clear direction, coaching, and support to staff managing the day-to-day activities in the development of solutions and requirements including the development of use cases, business requirements (non- and functional). Develop and implement with project and business stakeholders systems and user test strategies ensure project acceptance. *Coordinate with the Release Change Board and Management to review and evaluate the quality and adherence of documentation standards and practices including producing and managing formal artifacts. Ensure development of user documentation and training materials supporting end users (operational and system support) *Track: Enforce the use of project controls and tools that ensures accurate status reporting, management of risks, issues, changes and defects as defined in the Business Release Schedule and SDM. Provides progress reports to management on a regular basis as defined by project dashboard.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration with 3 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 7 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis.
*Minimum of 7 years of IT or equivalent work experience, including 4 or more years progressive responsibility managing multiple small to large complex projects in a cross-functional environment demonstrating project management skills.
*Prior supervisory or team leader experience
*Extensive knowledge in the use of Project Management methodologies, iterative development methodologies (preferably Rational Unified Process
*Demonstrated experience in business process design
*Knowledge of risk, issue, change and defect management
*Advanced analytical and negotiation skills
*Demonstrated presentation skills
*Proven Project Management Disciplines or PMP certified
*Strong team development, coaching and negotiation skills
*Understanding of Portfolio Management methodologies
*Strong communication skills

Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Experience with the end-to-end Blue Chip claims processing system
*Experience in healthcare claims processing
