This Position Is Responsible For Supporting Account Management Personnel In The Renewing Of Group Business Including Handling Plan Changes. Handling Agent/Broker Changes. Conducting Research. Servicing Customers And Problem Resolution. Participating In Group Enrollment Sessions.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years health care management experience or customer service experience involving gathering data from databases, data input, and/or assisting clients.
- State Insurance License(s) or obtain State Insurance License(s) within required time frame per state regulations.
- Organizational skills and decision-making skills.
- Written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills and interacting professionally with internal and external contacts.
- PC skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience or familiar with Access.
