Job Summary and Qualifications

As Director of HR Transformation, you will oversee and manage the complete scope of all transformation projects from analysis, research and adoption. Development of Business Requirements, in collaboration with HRG stakeholders, for all transformation projects. You will define a target operating model that achieves a progressively better KPI. In addition, you will lead experience-driven digital HR Transformation projects involving strategy, implementation, and optimization of the HR function including technology implementations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and execute process improvement and business transformation projects across HRG to drive operational efficiency.
  • Leverage field input, emerging trends, and analytics to drive continuous improvement; partner cross-functionally to develop standards, processes, and programs to identify and address gaps in optimal HR service delivery
  • Collaborate with ITG, Performance Improvement and other cross-functional organizations to facilitate, design, develop and execute HR process improvement to drive consumer grade experience to HR functions while establishing success metrics.
  • Lead collaborative efforts with key leadership partners and contribute subject-matter expertise to identify processes standardization and simplification strategies.
  • Build an organization that champions innovation and collaborative development ideas.
  • Contribute to major evolutions of HRG's digital strategy by closely partnering with ITG and COG on accelerated technology strategy and capabilities at the platform level.
  • Accountable for the evolution and delivery of digital customer experiences which include identifying opportunities to transform solutions and the delivery of existing services and capabilities
  • Thrive on change and continuous improvement, while balancing approaches in the context of performance, stability and business value/impact and determine a roadmap for optimal and efficient HRG service delivery
  • Develop KPIs to assess performance, effectiveness, and ROI of strategic business transformation initiatives
  • Initiate and participate in efforts to streamline and improve processes that impact the bottom line, pilot process improvements to
  • Engage colleagues and leadership along the transformation journey through providing ongoing updates on how the functions are evolving and the anticipated changes/benefits and enabling forums to share their questions and concerns.
  • Partner closely with HRG leadership on major change initiatives
What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelors Degree is required
  • Master's Degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field is required

  • 7+ years of experience in management is required

  • Previous healthcare experience is required
