The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc is seeking an experienced physician to join its Continuing Care Department based at Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center in Honolulu.

Position Qualifications:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with 5 years of experience preferred
- BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred
