The Mgr, Special Imaging is responsible for daily operations of the CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound Departments, Film Library, and Scheduler Coordinators. The Special Imaging Manager is also responsible for special projects as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Radiologic license with a minimum of ten years.
- Supervisor/administrative experience in the Radiology Department in a Medical Center.
- Graduate of approved school of Radiology.
- B.S. Degree or equivalence in experience.
- ARRT registered.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Diagnostic Radiography License.
- AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
Contacts:
- Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients, visitors, Physicians, and staff members from other hospitals.
